To hold your reservation Fairytale Entertainment, LLC requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit. We accept credit cards and checks through Paypal or you may send us a check directly through the mail. Please contact us at (609) 634-5140 to check the availability of your party selection and for additional information to process your payment. The balance of the payment will be expected 1 week prior to the event.
The majority of our parties take place in Atlantic County, New Jersey and Cape May County, New Jersey. Depending upon our schedule, we may travel outside of those areas. However, there will be a travel charge included with your party costs. Those travel costs would be eligible to receive any discounts you are eligible to receive.
We are also able to do some parties on very short notice, meaning 2 weeks or less. The additional charge for this would be determined based on the amount of notice involved and the level of service requested. Short notice charges are not eligible for discounts.
In those rare situations where you need to cancel due to poor weather, we will work with you to reschedule to a date that is mutually convenient for you and Fairytale Entertainment.
