My name is Jennifer Auer, owner of Fairytale Entertainment, LLC, or as my husband calls me the Imagination Specialist, but more importantly a mom that understands that the person wearing our costumes can make a HUGE difference. I understand the concerns of moms like myself. I truly believe our characters are the best around. They are professional and able to build a great rapport with the children they meet. All are familiar with their characters and play their part flawlessly. They are patient with children, understanding that sometimes it takes a while for a child to come around to take a picture, give a hug, or just say hi. And numerous times I have heard them encouraging children to build their knowledge and make good choices in all they do.
You will notice on our characters you can see their faces. We believe wholeheartedly that for a child to truly enjoy a character the child must feel comfortable with the character and that character must be able to fully engage with the child. Moms and dads, you just can’t do that if you have a huge head on your head. A character in a full-body suit with a headpiece has their focus on being able to see out of small eye holes and keeping cool, their focus is not on your child like it should be.
In addition to my mom experience I bring to you my experience as a teacher, Girl Scout Leader, and special event planner. All of these things make me well-qualified to work with you on making sure your child’s next event is a success.
